The Due Vittorie farm is dedicated to Maria Vittoria Maletti and Maria Vittoria Regnani, daughters of the founders, Davide and Giorgio. This explains its name, Due Vittorie, a brand that symbolizes gratitude to the land of Modena, which raised them with respect for nature in the tradition of viticulture, and the passion for the enjoyment of good cuisine.

Our balsamic vinegar features grapes grown in our own vineyards and Emilia Romagna selections so that we can oversee all aspects of the production process and create quality products. The balsamic reduction is made from concentrated grape must and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 20%, modified starch, and antioxidant E220. Our Balsamic Glaze is gluten and fat-free and makes the perfect addition to dishes with its unique sweet and tart flavor. Due Vittorie respects the traditional quality of balsamic vinegar with its Balsamic Glaze, adding the consistency of a cream for those who enjoy the flavor of balsamic vinegar in a thick version.
